Who will require a visa?
Nationals of the following countries are issued a visa on arrival at different airports and seaports of Indonesia:

The citizens of the following countries do not require a visa for specific period of time for staying in Indonesia:

Required Necessary Documents:

The necessary documents required for the issue of visa are:
•    A passport with 6 months validity
•    Completely filled visa application form
•    Return or onward airline travel ticket
•    Ample numbers of passport size photographs for immigration forms.
•    Proof of sufficient funds to bear all personal expenses

Time required for issue of Visa:
Indonesian Immigration authorities issue various visas like Visas on arrival (VOA), Student visa, Transit visa and Business visa. VOA is issued instantly on airports and seaports. Issuing of other visas can take up to a week for processing. It is advised to the applicants that they keep ample time in hand for issuing a visa.

Costs involved in issuing visa:
The cost of Indonesian visa varies with type of visa issued by the applicant. A Transit visa costs up to £15, Tourist visa, Business visa and Social or Cultural visa cost up to £35 each, while a multiple entry visa costs up to £125.
The cost involved in issuing a visa is also dependent on the length of stay. A limited stay period visa for 6 months costs up to £50, whereas for 12 months and 24 months limited period visa can cost up to £100 and £175 respectively.

Validity of Visa:

The VOA has 30 days of validity while applicants of other issued visas can stay for a maximum period of 60 days in Indonesia.
